Terms and Conditions

The services offered through this website are Whole-Home Renovations, Basement Finishing & Remodeling, Bathroom Remodeling, Kitchen Remodeling, Interior & Exterior Painting, Home Additions, and ADU Construction. What each job includes is settled with you, in writing, before the work is scheduled.

The content here is general information and does not replace a visit to look at your home. You agree not to interfere with the website or reuse its content commercially.

Visits are arranged by phone. Any price we give is based on the scope described at that time and is confirmed in writing. If the work changes, or something unexpected turns up once walls or floors are opened, we explain it and get your written agreement before continuing.

The site's wording, design and images are ours or used with permission. Please ask in writing before reusing any of it.

We try to keep the website accurate and current, but it is provided as is, without promises that it is complete, correct in every detail or always available.

As far as permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect losses resulting from your use of this site. Liability that the law does not allow us to limit is unaffected.

Any external links are there for convenience; we are not responsible for what other websites publish.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.

Updated terms are posted on this page, and the date at the top shows when they last changed.
