How we work

A Loganville Remodeler Who Works Like a Careful Guest

Kitchens, baths, basements and whole houses remodeled the way a good houseguest behaves: things covered, doors kept shut, nothing left lying around. Afterward, our work carries a one-year warranty.

The Part of a Remodel People Dread

The work itself is the reason you hire a remodeler. The disruption is the reason most people put it off. Weeks of tracked-in dirt, furniture shoved into corners, a fine gray film on every shelf: that is the part most homeowners dread.

So we plan the protection with the same care as the build. The floors the crew will cross are covered, the work zone is sealed at its doorways, and debris leaves with us at the close of each day. Prices, dates and changes go in writing for the same reason: fewer surprises, inside the walls and out.

What You Can Expect From Us

  • Covered before we start

Before tear-out, the crew's walking route gets covered, along with the stairs if we use them and whatever furniture stays put. That protection stays until the dusty stages end.

  • Left tidy every day

Before we go, the work area is cleared and vacuumed and the doorways are resealed. Whatever room you walk through that evening should look the way it did that morning.

  • One person to call

Your project manager runs the trades under one contract and answers your questions from the first visit to the last walkthrough, so you're never sorting out who handles what.

  • Covered after we finish

When we hand the finished job over, our work has a one-year warranty behind it. If something we built gives you trouble within that year, phone us and we'll go over it with you.

Curious What Day One Looks Like?

Ask anything: how a doorway gets sealed, where deliveries are kept, what the crew does before leaving each day. You'll get straight answers about your own house.
